Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the desireLess Parent / Guardian Consultation service! Please review the following policies before booking your free consultation to ensure a smooth and productive experience. 1. Eligibility: Our free consultation service is open to parents or guardians ONLY (unless Athlete is 18 or above) of all levels looking to enhance their kids performance, embrace the desireLess athlete lifestyle, or learn more about our services and offerings. 2. Booking Process: Consultations are scheduled online through our website’s booking form. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each parent is entitled to one free consultation. 3. Confirmation and Reminders: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via the link provided in your confirmation email. Failure to show up for a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in restrictions on future bookings. 5. Duration and Format: Each consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes. Sessions are conducted virtually through our designated platform. A link will be included in your confirmation email. 6. Preparation: To make the most of your consultation, come prepared with specific goals or questions for your child you’d like to discuss. 7. Code of Conduct: Consultations are a collaborative space. We expect respect, professionalism, and open communication. Any inappropriate behavior may lead to the termination of the session. 8.
